Caragiale&quot; (UNATC), headquartered at Strada Matei Voievod 75-77, tax ID (CUI) 4453160, email admin@unatc.ro, phone [to be completed].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we offer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This site is used to pay participation fees for conferences, courses, workshops and other events organised by UNATC. The full description of each event is published on its page, and the organiser is responsible for the content and running of the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prices and payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prices are shown in Romanian lei (RON) and <mark class=\"ph\">[include VAT \/ are VAT exempt under art. \u2026]<\/mark>.<\/li>\n\n<li>Payment is made online, by card, through the EuPl\u0103tesc payment processor, with 3-D Secure authentication. UNATC does not receive or store card details.<\/li>\n\n<li>An order is confirmed only after the bank authorises the payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Invoicing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For every payment we automatically issue a tax invoice, to a person or a company, based on the details entered at checkout. The invoice is sent to the RO e-Factura system and by email. Billing details cannot be changed after the invoice is issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Registrations are digital services: the confirmation is emailed right after payment. No physical goods are shipped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation and refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The rules are set out in the <a href=\"https:\/\/payments.unatc.ro\/en\/refund-policy\/\">Refund and cancellation policy<\/a>, which is part of these terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Disputes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any disagreement is first settled amicably, at admin@unatc.ro. Consumers may contact ANPC (the Romanian consumer protection authority), including through the alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL). <mark class=\"ph\">[ANPC \/ SAL links]<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"legal-draft\">Working draft. Highlighted texts are to be completed by UNATC, and the document must be validated by the Legal Office before publication.
