Closer to the event, the refund is partial. You can always transfer your place to someone else.<\/p><\/div>

UNATC cancels<\/span>

You get all your money back<\/h3>

If the event is cancelled or moved to a date that does not suit you, you are refunded in full, without having to ask.<\/p><\/div>

How long it takes<\/span>

We process it within [5]<\/mark> working days<\/h3>

The money goes back to the same card. Banks usually show it within 5\u201310 working days.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Money always goes back to the card you paid with, and the invoice is reversed automatically.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34\/2014, art. 16 (l), the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date or within a specific period. Cancellations therefore follow the rules below, set by UNATC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

[To be confirmed with the Legal Office whether the exception also applies to long courses. If not, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies to courses.]<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation by the participant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The amount refunded depends on when you tell us, counted from the start date of the event:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Transferring your place.<\/strong> You can transfer your registration to someone else free of charge, up to [48 hours]<\/mark> before the event. Send us the name and email of the new participant. For reduced rates, the new participant must meet the same conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation or postponement by UNATC<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If UNATC cancels an event, we refund all registrations in full, automatically, within [5]<\/mark> working days of the announcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the event is postponed or changes format (for example, from in person to online), your registration stays valid for the new date. If the new arrangement does not suit you, you can ask for a full refund within [14]<\/mark> days of the announcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to ask for a refund<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Write to us at admin@unatc.ro from the address used for the order.<\/li>\n\n
  2. Include the order number (e.g. UNT-10482), the event and the participant you are cancelling for.<\/li>\n\n
  3. You receive a cancellation confirmation within [2]<\/mark> working days, then an email when the refund is processed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The date of the request is the date we receive your email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
